By using this website, www.nagacloud.tech (the "Website"), you are knowingly and willingly agreeing to be bound by this Privacy Policy and understand that these terms of use shall constitute a binding and enforceable contract between you and Valse Technologies Sdn Bhd (892054-P) (NAGACLOUD).
We have taken measures to ensure that your online experience with us is safe and secure. This privacy policy ("Policy") details the information gathering and sharing practices for NAGACLOUD. Your access and use of the Website indicates your acceptance of this Policy. NAGACLOUD may change this Policy from time to time, so we encourage you to review our Policy whenever you use the Website to make sure you understand how your information will be used. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes to the Policy will signify your acceptance of the then current Policy. The Policy will include the date we last updated the Policy.
If NAGACLOUD intends to disclose user information provided by users and/or partners to third parties in a manner that is not already outlined in this Policy, NAGACLOUD will so amend this Policy and provide you with an opportunity to opt out of any further use or disclosure of such information.
Collection of Information
The Website does not track, collect, or distribute personal information about visitors (such as name, address, email address, telephone number, or any other information that might reasonably be used to identify visitors personally), except when specifically and knowingly provided by you. In the latter case, subject to any applicable local laws, we may use your personal information to market products and services we believe might be of interest to you.
In general, the Website gathers some generic information automatically. Generic information does NOT reveal your identity. It includes, but is not limited to, information about the Internet Protocol address assigned to your computer, the number and frequency of visitors and the Web pages visited ("Non-Personally Identifiable Information"). This is accomplished by using certain technologies, including "cookies." Cookies are pieces of information transferred to your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. The use of cookies is an industry standard and is used by most major websites to provide the visitor with tailored information.
You can choose not to accept the cookie by adjusting your browser settings but, if you choose to do so, all parts of the Website might not function properly.
NAGACLOUD will only collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, or any other information that might reasonably be used to identify visitors personally ("Personally Identifiable Information"), when such information is provided to us in an email, on a form, in online survey or in any other manner when this information is intentionally transmitted to NAGACLOUD by you.
Disclosure
NAGACLOUD may share the Non-Personally Identifiable Information we collect with our affiliates and other third parties.
NAGACLOUD will not sell or distribute Personally Identifiable Information to third parties. If you have voluntarily submitted Personally Identifiable Information to us, NAGACLOUD will maintain the security of your Personally Identifiable Information by ensuring the information is only distributed within NAGACLOUD. This enables us to respond to your request about a product or service. If you subscribe to an e-mail list, you will be given instructions on how to remove yourself from that list.
Within NAGACLOUD, your Personally Identifiable Information will be transmitted and stored in a protected environment. We undertake to take all commercially reasonable steps in order not to allow your Personally Identifiable Information to be seen by any third parties other than those that have been engaged by NAGACLOUD to provide services to you. We will only disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to other third parties if compelled to do so for legal or regulatory purposes.
Domain Name Registration Data
This section applies when you register, renew, transfer or manage a domain name through NAGACLOUD. Valse Technologies Sdn Bhd is an accredited .MY registrar of MYNIC Berhad. This section applies in addition to the rest of this Policy. The terms for domain names are in Part 6 of the Platform Terms of Use.
Data We Collect
To register a domain name, we collect the following details for the registrant (the holder of the domain name) and for the administrative, technical and billing contacts:
- full name and organisation name (if any);
- postal address: street, city, state, postcode and country;
- telephone number, fax number (if provided) and email address.
We also keep the domain name, its name servers, its registration and expiry dates, and the order and payment records for the domain name.
Why We Collect It
We use domain registration data to:
- register, renew, transfer and manage the domain name with the registry;
- verify the registrant and contact details where the registry requires it;
- contact you about the domain name, including renewal and expiry notices, transfer requests and verification requests;
- bill you for domain name services;
- handle abuse reports, complaints and domain name disputes; and
- comply with the policies of the registry, ICANN where applicable, and the law.
Who We Share It With
- The registry. For .MY domain names, the registrant and contact details are submitted to MYNIC Berhad and its registry service provider, Tucows Registry Services, as MYNIC's policies require.
- Other domain extensions. For extensions other than .MY, we register through an upstream ICANN-accredited registrar, which submits the details to the registry for that extension. The registrar, the registry and ICANN-approved data escrow providers process the details as ICANN's policies require.
- Dispute resolution providers, where a complaint is filed against the domain name under the applicable dispute resolution policy.
- Authorities and other parties, where we are required to disclose the details by law, by court order or by a lawful request, or where the registry's or ICANN's policy allows disclosure to a requester with a legitimate interest.
We do not sell domain registration data.
What Is Published in WHOIS and RDAP
Domain registration data can be looked up through the public WHOIS and RDAP services operated by the registry. For .MY domain names, the following is shown publicly:
- the domain name, its status, and its creation, update and expiry dates;
- the registrar's name and contact details;
- the name servers;
- the registrant's organisation name, state and country.
The registrant's name, street address, city, postcode, telephone number, fax number and email address, and all details of the administrative, technical and billing contacts, are redacted by the registry and are not shown publicly.
The Organisation field is published. If you register a domain name as an individual, do not enter your personal name in the Organisation field, because whatever you enter there is shown publicly.
To contact the registrant of a domain name registered through us, or to report abuse of a domain name, email admin@valse.com.my with the domain name and your message. We will forward legitimate messages to the registrant without revealing the registrant's contact details.
Privacy and Proxy Services
NAGACLOUD does not offer a privacy or proxy registration service. The redaction described above is applied by the registry by default.
How Long We Keep It
We keep domain registration data for as long as the domain name is registered through us, and afterwards for as long as the registry's policy, ICANN's policy or the law requires.
Third Party Links
The Website may provide links to other third party websites. Even if the third party is affiliated with NAGACLOUD through a business partnership or otherwise, NAGACLOUD is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices or the content of such external links. These links are provided to you for convenience purposes only, and you access them at your own risk.
Security
NAGACLOUD uses encryption software from COMODO using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, to secure your personal information from misuse or unauthorized disclosure.
Your Rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may ask for access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent to direct marketing at any time. Send your request to hello@nagacloud.tech. For a domain name, we will update the registry record when you send us corrected registrant or contact details.
If you have any questions about this Policy, the practices of this Website, or your interest in dealings with the Website, please do not hesitate to contact us.
